"Quilting + Generative Design. Wrap Yourself in Code"
Who doesn't love that byline??? I mean seriously.
I have been stalking (I mean following) Libs Elliott on Instagram for some time and am in complete and utter awe of her work. Creative, edgy, fascinating, clean, adventurous. There is simply no one else like her in the quilting world. Her quilts combine the best of her perfect quilting and innate color sensibility with the power of technology. And I am not talking EQ7 here folks!!
We are all over the top excited that Libs will be joining us for both a workshop and one of our intimate dinners. Please join us for one or both. We still have some slots left. Both events have limited attendees so don't wait to sign up! I guarantee that this will be one of the most interesting events of your year!

Learn to make The Weight of Love quilt, as seen above. This unique pattern is made up of hex, half-hex and equilateral triangle pieces and was designed randomly using her signature Processing code. Work with Libs to customize your own version, making quick work of cutting by using a special ruler and stitching the patchwork using the Y-seam piecing method.
Students will get a good start on this project and leave the class with all the knowledge necessary to complete their quilt top.
This pattern will only be available through workshops taught by Libs!
This workshop assumes you have basic piecing knowledge and some experience.
